What to Expect
Over the next 14 days, you'll engage in:
- 3 Full Body Workouts per Week: Carefully crafted routines to target all major muscle groups.
- Daily Step Goal: Aim to walk 10,000 steps each day.
- Hydration Goal: Drink at least 2 liters of water daily to stay hydrated and support your fitness efforts.
Getting Started
To get the most out of this challenge, we'll ask you to download an app:
- Cronometer: Monitor your food intake. Be honest with yourself—this is a judgment-free zone! If you want to use another food tracker that's fine as well.
Remember, this challenge is not just about pushing your physical limits but also about understanding and listening to your body. Most importantly, have fun!
