For as far as a can remember I’ve always been into lifting weights.
Over the years I’ve helped a lot of friends and family become a healthier, stronger version of themselves.
10+ years ago it was hard to find information on how to do it right, so I figured it all out for myself by trial and error.
Nowadays there’s so much information out there, that it’s hard to distinguish the important stuff from the false or unimportant things.
Even with the upcoming of AI, I believe there’s still merit in having someone with experience coach you through it.
Because while AI is perfectly capable of writing you a workout program or a meal plan, it won’t follow up on your results.
It won’t give you that push when you need it or hold you back a bit if you’re pushing it too hard.
I live and breathe fitness and helping people achieve their goals is extremely satisfying to me.
Even if I were a millionaire who doesn’t have to work another day in their life, I’d still be willing to coach people for free.
Sadly I’m not a millionaire, so you can find our prices on the packages page.
