Who’s Behind Geared Coaching?

I’m Gilles Arteel — bodybuilder, coach, and author.
I started coaching because I was tired of seeing lifters waste years on generic programs, bad nutrition advice, and reckless PED use. I’ve been training for over a decade, and helping others achieve serious results without burning out or wrecking their health.
When you work with me, you’re getting more than a plan — you’re getting my full attention, my experience from the gym floor, my extensive knowledge on training, nutrition and PEDS and honest feedback every step of the way.
I work with a small number of clients around the world online, and I can do in-person training in Roeselare, Belgium.
How Coaching Works

2. Consult — We’ll discuss your goals, current situation, and the fastest, safest path forward.
3. Execute — You’ll get your tailored plan plus ongoing check-ins, adjustments, and direct feedback.

Occasionally available for lifters who want hands-on guidance.
Each session is tailored to your needs — posing, movement coaching, intensity techniques, form checks, or a mix.
